Founded in 2014 Cypress Services is a Women Owner Small Business (WOSB)  full-service Facilities Management firm that operates at Federal, State and Commercial properties in the United States with focus in the Washington DC Metropolitan Area.

For the past 10 years, Cypress Services has been focused on proving our customers flexible Facilities Services, HVAC/Mechanical Services and Building Engineer Staffing solutions. We help commercial property managers, real estate asset managers, and building owners prolong equipment life and keep their tenants comfortable. Our service offerings range from full-service facilities management contracts for large commercial office buildings to a temporary building engineer staffing program.
